My legs were super sore after the Ironman, and I was worried about the pressure, but Sally assured me that she would listen to me as she did the massage. I literally had to say nothing. I talked my reluctant husband (very skeptical of energy "stuff" and not sure about someone walking on his back!) into booking back to back massages with Sally. What an experience! The massages for both of us were excellent - better than I have received anywhere. We paid our $60. per person for the massage (major bargain) and then got soooo much more. My husband had a knee replacement almost 1 year ago - still very stiff, painful at times and he could not to straighten it. I have a compromised shoulder - helped by cortisone, but the pain comes back. So, she asks us many questions about our general health before she starts. Then she does energy work on my shoulder. It only takes minutes and the relief was immediate! But this gets way better. She does the same kind of energy work on my skeptical husband. Jaw dropping! He was able to straighten his leg without pain for the first time since surgery. He said it felt like she shifted something in his knee and injected a lubricant. It is now 10 days later and he is still walking better and with little pain. Unbelievable! I love that woman!! Wish she were here instead of Cozumel. What a find.

I had been traveling for weeks, and was experiencing chronic pain intensified during my stay, and Sally's therapeutic session helped me transition out of a pretty dark time of pain. Sally takes her time and explains exactly what she is doing prior to massaging the area in question. She uses her feet like a musician uses his instrument. Her shop/home is in a really neat section of town not visited by the typical tourist. Lots of local color with many small mom & pop restaurants and shops that are in easy walking distance.
